Rochester Man Pleads Guilty to Mail Theft and Possession of USPS Key

From the article: "...ROCHESTER, NY – Nathan Romar Arnold, a 23-year-old Rochester resident, pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a United States Postal Service (USPS) key and theft of mail, U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today. These charges could lead to a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Assistant U.S. Attorney Katelyn M. Hartford, who is prosecuting the case, detailed the incidents that occurred on October 1 and 2, 2023.
